La Tagliatella Accompagnata - About us

The Association “Tagliatella Accompagnata”,
has been founded  with the aim to:
 

• Promote and advertise the traditional bolognaise cuisine

• Organize fundraising events

• Organize regular meetings in public or private venues such as restaurants, or the typical trattorias and osterias, which propose and represent the bolognaise food and wine culture.

• Promote "Tagliatella" wherever it is useful to Bologna.

• Promote "Tagliatella" with food and wines suitable.”

The Association is also interested in establishing relationships with similar associations in other countries in order to facilitate cultural exchanges and a better understanding of other customs and so improve friendship amongst people. The Association will suggest to its foreign friends customized recipes to cater for any specific cultural and religious requirements.
